Commissioning Services

Prism MEP has successfully commissioned over 800 projects ranging in size from small TI or MEP equipment changeouts to million square foot new hospital campus projects. The Prism MEP Team approaches commissioning in a highly structured and collaborative manner and will bring that level of rigor to your Project. Our commissioning process aligns with ASHRAE, American AirBalance (AABC), ASHE and Building Commissioning Association Commissioning Guidelines, and LEED requirements, bringing the best of these approaches to support the project team towards successful project transition to the Owner’s Facilities and Staff.

Successful commissioning means the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) are clearly understood, and Basis of Design (BOD) and Construction Documents (CD) are thoroughly vetted to ensure no surprises as the project nears completion. We bring a proactive and collaborative approach starting with design phase through closeout that improves coordination among Team members and helps to ensure the project’s successful completion.
